YMM will arrange an appointment time by EMAIL or TEXT.

Some vehicle problems will require more than one hour of diagnostic time. After the initial hour I will explain the progress and how much additional time could be required. The customer can approve further diagnostics or decline further work by YMM.

At the end of the diagnosis, YMM will issue a recommendation for repair.

The customer may request that YMM also perform the repair and verification.

Upon completion of diagnostics and repairs, YMM will issue one invoice per vehicle. Payment is collected at time of service.
